- Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
- During high-demand periods, processing times may be slightly extended.

International Shipping
- Delivery times vary depending on destination country and customs processing.
- Estimated delivery: 7–20 business days

Shipping Charges
- Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
- Free shipping promotions may be offered on selected products or order values.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS (if provided). Tracking information may take a few days to update after shipment.
Incorrect Address
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. If an incorrect address is provided:
- We are not responsible for lost or delayed packages.
- Additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment.

Customs & Import Duties
